There is something about hampers that everyone loves. A Box or basket full of surprise goodies. I recall my grandparents having them at Christmas. I am sure they were full of Christmas goodies that they needed for the special day.
We were recently sent a hamper from Jet2Holidays. When a huge box was delivered I was like a kid in a sweet shop. I couldn’t wait to see what was inside. My little boy seemed excited too and was keen to help empty the contents out.
I was really pleased with the contents. It certainly isn’t anything like the hampers my grandparents had. So many lovely items.
There really is something for everyone. I am particularly excited about the craft items. Both my Children love making things, I am particularly looking forward to attempting to make the Gingerbread house, we have never made one before. The foam Santa scene will be a great activity that my eldest can do on her own. I also love the little tin of crayons, perfect for putting in my handbag for when we are out and about
My daughter is only six, so I am not sure how she will get on with Articulate for kids, but I am sure we will have a giggle attempting to play it.
Whilst the children are busy making the Christmas scene, I will tuck into one of the tasty looking mince pies. The hamper is making me feel festive and it is only November.
The Christmas crackers went down well, the children loved them. The novelty of Christmas crackers in November caused much excitement. There is even an advent calendar in the box. As I have already bought advent calendars for the children, i think this one should be for me. However my children will probably end up opening it.
