Thanks for taking the time to read Mum That’s Me. I’m Lynsey the voice behind the blog. Single mum of two. Emily (10) and Joshua (5) and we live in a little seaside town in Devon.
Mum That’s Me Is a parenting and lifestyle blog that cover’s all aspects of parenting. The good, the bad and the sometimes unspeakable. As well as documenting our life, days out, milestones updates and posts about our home. I also cover travel and lifestyle and review related posts.
Seven years ago I started writing Mum, That’s Me. It started as an outlet and documenting our lives, since there is has grown and expanded to include so many other topics.
Before I pursued my passion of writing I worked in Events management. I have also been known to be cut in half during my days of a magicians assistant, entertained on holiday parks and cruise ships and even been involved with a couple of pantomimes.
Through my little corner of the world wide web I have met some amazing people, learnt a lot and worked with some amazing brands. All of which I am extremely grateful.
Emily (10)
Emily (E) for short was born at the end of May in 2011 and she changed our lives. She loves school and has gained confidence since she started school. She can often be found with her nose in a book, a proper little book worm. E also loves playing with her dolls, doing crafts, building Lego and playing with her little brother.
Joshua (6)
Joshua (J) was born October 2015 and completed the family. He is a proper little boy, likes running, climbing and jumping off things. He loves playing with his cars and his animals, he particularly loves Dinosaurs. His favourite past time is playing with Emily. He absolutely adores her and it is lovely to see.
Martin
Martin is the new addition to Mum, that’s me. When he isn’t listen to me chatter on about blog related things and playing with the children, he can be found doing all things tech related. This man is my rock and i wonder how i ever held things together without him.
