We visited Dartmoor Zoo today. I have never been before so I didn’t know what to expect. It isn’t your typical zoo. There are no giraffes or elephants, there is however some amazing animals. I was surprised and delighted to find that the Zoo is home to big cats. Lions, leopards, tigers, cheetahs, Lynx and a couple of Jaguar.
The children loved it, they enjoyed being able to get close up to some of the animals. They also loved the outdoor play area and the soft play bus!
It was a great day out and i hope to go again in the future. As we were leaving we came across a lot of butterfly’s and they were all so pretty. I love this photo that i managed to take.
