*Closed* Win a BabyMel Frankie Tweed Changing Bag with the Sudocrem Changing Room Awards

This month Sudocrem have launched their Changing Room Awards, which has been designed to recognise the best changing rooms around the country

It can be a nightmare for any parent to find suitable facilities to change them. It can be even more of a challenge with Disabled Children.

There are 800,000 disabled children in the UK. However there are only 1058 Changing Places toilets. Therefore it means parents with disabled children are frequently forced to change their children on the toilet floor.

Due to his Sudocrem have added a new category to their awards. They are highlighting the importance of Changing Places toilets for disabled children.

Since 2012, Sudocrem has campaigned for change with an award scheme to recognise the importance of good nappy changing facilities. Past winners have included Mothercare, John Lewis, Sainsbury’s and the National Museums of Scotland.

Sudocrem want to show that baby changing rooms are important and often over-looked. Now they are also ready to tackle the issue of facilities for disabled children. Working with the charity PAMIS (Promoting A More Inclusive Society) to highlight the Changing Places facilities that organisations.

There are three categories for this year’s award scheme:

· Baby Changing Room of the Year

· Dad’s Changing Room

· Changing Places Toilet (in association with PAMIS)

If you would like to nominate a changing room for the award, then let us know which changing room. Also why you want to nominate it, preferably include a photo on Facebook via the Sudocrem website.  www.sudocrem.co.uk/social-hub or by emailing competitions@satellitepr.com.

Entries will be judged by the NCT, PAMIS and Sudocrem. The closing date for entries is the end of march 2018. The winners will be announced at the end of the same month.

The winning facilities will receive an engraved plaque. Everyone who nominates their favourite facilities will also be entered in to a prize draw. The prize is short break at a family friendly hotel.

  1. Me, please!
With my first I used the freebie bag from Boots, and second time around I’d like something a little bit less generic!
    Thanks

  2. my niece Isabelle who is expecting her first baby in April, she is frantically saving to buy all her baby things as cheap as possible so would be nice to win this for her!

  3. Would it be mean if I said I would keep it for me and my lovely grandson – as I am caring for him I would love to have my own bag all ready instead of sharing my daughters one

  4. This would be for my partner to use, I use one of my own oversized handbags for our baby, he puts things in a small pouch under the pram close to the floor (my bag is very obviously a handbag)

  5. I would keep the changing bag myself. As I can make use of the bag, whilst enjoying it’s practicality and style.

  6. I’d love this for myself as I’m currently using the bag I had for my son. A new one for my baby girls things would be lovely!

  7. I would love to win this changing bag for my sister who is expecting her first baby next month. She is so excited and this bag would be brilliant as I know this is one thing she is yet to get.

  8. To myself as its such a lovely changing bag, hopefully by the end of the year I will be expecting baby number 2 (baby number 1 is 7 months old) xx

  9. I’d give this lovely bag to my daughter Amanda to replace the very drab and tired looking one she currently uses!

  10. To my best friends daughter who is due herv1st baby soon. She’s only verybyoing and struggling so every little helps as they say . Thanks for the chance

  11. A friend at work has just gone through a second round of IVF and this time it has been successful, the baby is due around the end of March and I’d love to win this for her and her much wanted new arrival.
