As I mentioned in an earlier blog post this month see’s the first birthday of Mum, That’s me! blog. A whole year since self hosting and what an interesting year it has been.

I have learnt a lot about blogging in that year, and still have a lot more to learn. I have gained some great readers and met a few lovely bloggers over the year. For the next year I hope my blog will grow even more and that my readers will enjoy reading all about our adventures and everything I waffle about.

      I actually spoke to another blogger on twitter who recommended Tshost for a self hosting company. They were and are great. I basically went onto their website, chose a package and then there was communication between us and they moved the whole of my wordpress blog account over to a self hosted site. It took two days to move it all over and when ever I have had any problems they have replied to my emails with in the hour – very good customer service. Now when I log into my wordpress its all self hosted and I can customise everything the way I like it. Best thing I ever did.
