It’s another week of Living Arrows. Every Monday I will be sharing a photo that celebrates childhood.
The project originally took its name from a poem –
“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
– Kahlil Gibran
With another week of illness in the house – me this time. We haven’t managed to get out an about as much as I would have liked. I am hoping this next week normality will resume.

Lately school mornings have been a bit of a battle, they both get ready, however when its time to go J gets upset and runs away. He just wants to sit and play, even more so with his best friend E. One school morning we were all ready to go a little to early. J took this opportunity to run and got a book for E to read with him. It was all very cute.
There seems to be a pattern emerging with my living arrows posts to date. There has always been a photo of J asleep!

This little dude had literally just dozed off. Some days J gets tired and requires a nap, others he will just run around on thin air.
I know I am biased but I think he looks super cute when he is asleep. All children do.

We had such hard mornings at times but thankfully we are past that now. Just getting everyone out of the house used to be a nightmare! x
