I love buying stocking fillers, more so than the main gifts. Not to say it isn’t nice to open a big gift on Christmas day, especially as there are so many great gifts. However it is also nice to have some little gifts to unwrap. I spend a lot of time on stocking fillers for my family so i thought i would write a little guide with some great gifts that would make great stocking fillers. Whats great is that most of them are under £10 – the perfect stocking filler price.

Stocking fillers are not just for Children. There is a great selection of gifts for the adults too.
Galaxy Truffles
I personally miss the Galaxy Truffles in the celebrations tub. However, you can buy a whole box of this sumptuous treat. The galaxy truffles are in a wonderful box and the wrapping of the truffles give them a more premium feel. The boxes are available in two different sizes and they are super tasty. These would make the perfect stocking filler for adults, it might be worth hiding them from the children as they also like them!
MR & MRS Pocket Edition
The Mr & Mrs Pocket Edition game is a fun smaller version of the game. Perfect for travel or taking round to a friends house. The game has some hilarious questions. The game will definitely get you all laughing. You play the games in couple and you have to guess what answer the other couple member would give. The game states its from age ten plus. This would make a fantastic stocking filler.
Tomatin Whisky
Alcohol miniatures always make a great stocking filler. Tomatin Legacy is a single malt scotch whisky. The whisky is both light , vibrant and it has an enticing sweetness. The aroma reminds me of vanilla and all things sweet. The taste us quite light and delicate with just a slight candy sweetness and a touch of forest pine. A very refreshing whisky that would make a great stocking filler gift for any whisky fan.
Bombay Duck Day Dreamer Mug

Jumbo games have a wonderful selection of games which make perfect stocking fillers. Peek-a-Boo is a fun game. You lay the cards on the table and then cover them with a colour square. Players have to guess what the picture is.
Colour Chameleon – A race to see who can cover up the spaces on their Chameleon by placing the counters in the spaces. Roll the dice and see what colour you get.
Catch the mouse is a lovely family game which is all about catching the cheese. Players are either the cat or the mouse. Roll the dice and to see if the cat can attack and try and get the mouse. A really fun game.
Honey Yummy – In this game the bee’s need to move around the flowers to collect the honey and put it in the bee hive before the honey bear comes to steal it. A great game for hand co-ordination and you place each piece of honey in the holes.

This is a fun game that can be played two different ways. A game where you work with the other players to save as many animals as possible before a zoo keeper arrives. There is then a karting race game. The game is simple to play and you can have up to five players. A four year old will find the concept of the game easy to understand. Older children can get very competitive.. Well they do in this house.
The next game is Little Battle. This is another card based game. Each player has a boat, cards then have to be turned over in the quest of searching for treasure. We discovered this wasn’t so straight forward as not every chest has treasure. A great game aimed at age 5 plus.
Caran D’Ache Neo Colour Wax Pastiles
Creative gifts are always well received. These Wax crayons are more suited to someone who is interested in Art – meaning they are also great for adults. They are water resistant artist crayons that are great for a wide range of artist techniques and can also be used on a wide range of surfaces. a great stocking filler for an artistic teen or adult.
Harry Potter Diary
Harry Potter will always popular, it was when i was younger and now my own daughter loves all things Harry Potter. This diary is perfect for keeping in dates and other information. At the start of each month there is a section for my goals, special dates and notes. There are also Harry Potter vintage style prints at the start of each month. Needless to say this is a magical diary that would be gratefully received by any child or adult Harry Potter fan.
