Colour in Biff Bats from Bakers Ross

Recently I have done quite a few blog posts about Bakers Ross, all wonderful summer time crafts that we have been sent to try out.

The last of the items in our box is making Biff Bats, I was quite looking forward to this as I used to play with them when I was little and to be able to decorate your own was going to be fun.

As with all of the Baker Ross crafts E was excited to get started.

The Biff Bats we were sent are the Star Hero Colour-in Biff Bats and you can get a pack of four for £2.50.

Emily got her felt tip pens out – thankfully they didn’t smudge, and got started.

Bif batsI do love the concentration face that she has in this photo. I can tell from this project that she is slowly getting better at colouring in between the lines.

The only part of this project E found hard was colouring the handle, that seemed to take longer and was more tricky as it is narrow, but she got there and the finished product looks great.

What we have really loved about the box of summer crafts we received is that they all can be played with or used after they have been made.

Once the Bif Bat was complete it was time for E to try it out, I did think I was going to get hit a few times but she has slowly got the hang of it.

Bif BatsAs always I recommend and always will Baker Ross for their wonderful selection of crafts that keep E entertained for a long period of time.

The summer crafts they have on offer on the website are great fun and there are a lot to choose from, so if you’re looking for some things to do during half term or even the dreaded six week’s summer holidays then I totally recommend checking out their website.
