Disclosure – The items mentioned were gifted for the purpose of this post.

World Chocolate Day is a fantastic event held on the 7th July every year. This day is a perfect excuse to indulge in one of the nations “naughty” sweet treats.

There are so many different varieties of chocolate, and so many different desserts made with chocolate. From chocolate bars to chocolate cake, chocolate doughnuts to chocolate covered fruit, there is definitely something out there that will appeal to every chocolate lover on your list on this special Day.

I love chocolate, whether it is one of the many chocolate bars, chocolaty drinks or chocolate cakes. However I try not to consume too much chocolate. When i was younger and at College one of the teachers told my mum that i was a chocoholic. Chocolate is definitely a sweet treat that i love and World Chocolate Day is the perfect excuse for me to indulge in all things chocolatey.

As i have mentioned there are so many chocolaty products available to buy or make. I am going to share with you a selection of sweet chocolatey items that you can buy on the high street. You wont be disappointed with any of these items.

Shaken Udder Chocolush Milkshake

Shaken Udder Chocolush chocolate milkshake

I am not a huge fan of milk and milkshakes, that is until i tasted this. The milkshakes are fun looking product, with silly looking cows on the bottle that have a great appeal to kids, without  alienating the grown-up crowd. It may seem like a small detail, but the bottle shape is really well thought out, with a ridge right where you want to grip it. Small, but very convenient. Shaken Udder Chocolush Smells like pure chocolate. It is lighter than a lot of chocolate milkshakes. Shaken Udder uses Belgian chocolate and the quality shines through. They are also children’s cartons which are great for taking out and about. This is a perfect drink for World Chocolate Day, in fact any day. You can purchase this milkshake and major supermarkets.
